<title>How to Get Your Site Indexed in 24 Hours</title>
			<link>http://www.indyassociates.com/blog/search-engines/how-to-get-your-site-indexed-in-24-hours.html</link>

			<title>SEO Update 6-4-08: Google Traffic Reductions Reported</title>
			<link>http://www.indyassociates.com/news/advisories/seo-update-6-4-08-google-traffic-reductions-reported.html</link>
			<description>Many SEOs are reporting
dramatic reductions in traffic to their website from Google, despite
holding high search positions.
First reports came in May 28/29, 2008 and after a week of watching, we
believe
there is a trend. There's no consensus on the reason for the change in
Google referred traffic although there is an announced initiative to
reduce the number of Made For Adsense (MFA) Pages in the
Google index.

			<title>Indy Associates Consulting</title>

<description>Not getting the traffic and conversions you know your competitors are getting?

It takes more than great design to have a successful internet marketing
program. It takes traffic and the ability to convert visitors into
leads and customers.

Problem is, most companies are unwilling to look
beyond their website&amp;#39;s look. They design and redesign, never realizing
that no amount of design will make up for having no audience, and no
audience will buy your message if you don&amp;#39;t give them a compelling way
to do so. At Indy Associates we help companies understand the
internet, develop strategies that work and then work with our clients
to build the processes and skills they need to make the internet part
of their marketing mix.

			Our Approach
			You can&amp;#39;t manage what
you can&amp;#39;t measure. It&amp;#39;s really that simple. The first step we take with
every client is to ensure we have actionable facts: market size,
traffic, site effectiveness, bounce rate, repeat visit rate and search
statistics. Once we get the facts, we bring over 25 combined years of
online marketing experience to bear on your company&amp;#39;s unique needs.

			 Set The Internet On Fire
Our objective with every client is to turn the internet into dollar per dollar the best marketing channel they have.

			 It&amp;#39;s Up To You
			Getting
extraordinary results takes an extraordinary commitment: only you have
the power to make your organization transform. Along the way, you&amp;#39;ll
need knowledge, insight and experience: three things that Indy
			Associates brings to every client.

Quit guessing about your web marketing. Give us a call, we may be able to help you.

			<title>Ego and the Entrepreneur</title>
			<link>http://www.indyassociates.com/blog/search-engines/ego-and-the-entrepreneur.html</link>
			<description>
I have been working with a lot of Entrepreneur&amp;rsquo;s over the
last 6 years as a consultant, a business leader, and one myself. There are two types of Entrepreneurs and I
have definitions for them:

1.
Successful Entrepreneur

2.
Unsuccessful Entrepreneur

3.
New Entrepreneur

Not very catchy definitions are they? Let me define them based on their
characteristics because the &amp;ldquo;New Entrepreneur&amp;rdquo; out there could save them self a
lot of headache if they look for behavior that generally leads them to failure.
